The Law states that natural gas shall be supplied on condition of its fiscal measurement: for the people living in apartments and detached houses using gas in complex, esp. for heating since October 1, 2011; for water heating and cooking since January 1, 2016; only for cooking since January 1, 2018; for other consumers since January 1, 2011.
The cost of equipment with fiscal measurement tools shall be covered at the expense of economic entities supplying natural gas under a regulated tariff and\or distributing it in the relevant territory; or at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine.
